Juvederm XP is a smooth gel filler used to instantly smooth away wrinkles around your mouth and nose. With just one treatment, you’ll get smooth and natural-looking results that last up to a year.

Juvederm XP fills the soft tissue of the dermis, which adds volume and diminishes the appearance of wrinkles and nasolabial folds instantly. It helps to smooth away unwanted wrinkles and restore natural contours.

If you are looking to rejuvenate problem areas including vertical lip lines, Marionette lines, and smile lines, Juvederm XP may be right for you.

Juvederm XC injectable gel is generally well tolerated. Most side effects are mild to moderate and last 7 days or less. The most common side effects include temporary injection site reactions such as redness, pain/tenderness, firmness, swelling, lumps/bumps, bruising, itching, and discoloration.

After a Juvederm XP injection, you will typically see immediate results. However, because of swelling, you may see more fullness than the final results. Typically, final results appear in 3 – 5 days.

The long-term effects of Juvederm XC will depend on the injection site. However, most patients see results for 6 – 10 months.

While pain tolerance between patients varies, there are many topical and infiltrative anesthetic treatments that can minimize the pain. With an anesthetic, most patients feel little to no discomfort.
